We are looking for an Account Manager responsible for establishing and cultivating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned international partners and retailers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. The Account Manager reports to the Global Sales Director for B2B & Retail.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts across the globe
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and provide strategic support
- Coordinate with internal teams across product, logistics, and commercial functions to ensure outstanding service
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and share customer insights to support commercial planning
- Forecasting for accounts updated monthly
- Keep partners and retail up to date on deliveries in case there are any issues
- Provide technical and commercial guidance on new product launches
Required experience and skills
2-3 years of sales experience handling account managementPreferably experience in consumer products and retail businessFluency in Spanish & English, written and spoken is a must for the roleAdditional European languages are an advantage.Problem solver, continuously looks for opportunities and improvements within a daily work context and takes ownership in implementing solutions.Strategic thinking and analytical skillsObjective and data-drivenWhat We Offer
