Descripción del trabajoCRM management : Maintain clean, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and pipeline progress. Team collaboration : Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to refine messaging, optimize outreach, and maximize conversion. Experience : You already had direct exposure to clients or customers, whether in sales, customer support, consulting, hospitality, call centers, or any other client-facing role (internships included). Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus, but not a requirement. German : Strong professional proficiency (min required : C1+ level). English : Ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivation : Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative. Resilience & ambition : “Quick start” mentality with high production output. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Business Development Representative, you'll work directly with our customers to drive their expansion into the DACH market, learning fast and delivering real impact.
What would your day-to-day look like?
Client-facing responsibilities :
- Campaign engagement : Manage responses from outreach campaigns, handle follow-ups, and ensure leads progress smoothly through the funnel.
- Lead qualification : Assess inbound leads to identify high-quality prospects. Schedule meetings that matter.
- Proactive prospecting : When needed, go beyond templates. Research and engage new prospects through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, or cold calls.
