Instructional Designer

Purpose of the Role

The Global Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing engaging, effective, and scalable digital learning experiences aligned with HBX Group’s strategic priorities. This role combines instructional design expertise, collaboration with stakeholders and elearning development to create bespoke learning content that enhances employee development and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Design & Development

• Design and develop digital learning content including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, and animations.
• Continuously embracing innovation and creativity to enhance the learner experience.
• Develop blended learning experiences for programs such as onboarding, performance management, legal & compliance, and theUni initiatives.
• Produce storyboards, scripts, and proposals that align with learning objectives and user needs.
