The Role & The Team
Be at the forefront of designing and delivering cutting-edge training solutions that meet the demands of a rapidly evolving aviation industry. From digital learning to regulatory compliance your work will directly enhance the capability of our people and contribute to safer skies.
Youll join the Training Quality and Support team collaborating with SMEs and key stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning programs. These programs support Air Traffic Services (ATS) Aviation Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) and Technical Training all within a framework aligned to CASA and ASQA standards.
Champion learning innovation and continuous improvement across a dynamic training portfolio.
