The Instructional Designer Manager is responsible for project management, document design, and providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to colleagues within GTIL and member firms. This role focuses on designing leadership development programs for professionals across our network.

The Instructional Designer Manager works across areas such as culture, diversity, coaching, leadership, and learning. Culture is a key differentiator and strategic focus, requiring alignment with our network's objectives to develop an adaptive, agile, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture that builds trust and supports sustainable growth.

This is a temporal global role (8-month contract) that involves working with teams across multiple time zones and flexible working hours.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and develop leadership programs and learning modules, including eLearning using Articulate Storyline.
  • Create assessments and conduct needs analysis for leadership development.
  • Design processes, communications, research papers, reports, and other documents to support P&C projects.
  • Provide analysis, interpretation, observations, and recommendations based on project information.
  • Lead and contribute to projects on leadership, culture, and organizational effectiveness aligned with network strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal and member firm teams to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.

Person Specification

  • Strong planning, organization, and relationship-building skills with cultural awareness.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience - Essential

  • Successful project and / or L&D program delivery experience.
  • Design experience in L&D and eLearning, including document creation.
  • Proficiency with Articulate Storyline.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability, positive response to change, and innovative mindset.
  • Experience liaising with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working within a global professional services environment with international stakeholders.
