About the Role

We are a growing team looking for an Operations Coordinator in the Customer department to help us revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is based in our Barcelona office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of small- to mid-size accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with account leadership.
• Introduce new services and expand existing ones to increase efficiency, add value, and maximize profitability.
• Handle daily business tasks such as order processing, data entry, and updating customers on shipment statuses.
• Establish and maintain relationships with day-to-day contacts and management-level clients.
• Identify new opportunities within current accounts outside the existing scope.
• Participate in business reviews by gathering, analyzing, and preparing relevant information.
• Follow up on transport operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Work on-site with the team five days a week to foster collaboration and innovation.
