Job Title : Financial Operations Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reports. This includes preparing daily and monthly bank reconciliations, as well as controlling account balances and downloading balance reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and treasury, with experience working with S4 HANA ERP systems. Proven experience in automation and technology is highly valued, as well as expertise in ISO standards such as ISO20022.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reports
• Control account balances and download balance reports
• Execute bank transfers and cash improvements to ensure availability of funds for daily operations
• Prepare cash flow forecast reports and hedging strategies
• Supervise movements of bank accounts and manage financial relationships with institutions
• Manage HR payment control and tax payments
• Maintain SAP Fiori (S4 / HANA) master data, bank account management, and EBS control
• Participate in migration and implementation projects
• Review and document processes, including necessary controls
