Main responsabilities : Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines and objectives. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage resources. Monitoring and control project schedule, budget and scope. Participate in the specification and basic design of processes and installations. Identify and mitigate risks, creating contingency plans. Maintain communication with stakeholders to report progress and manage expectations. Adapt to changes in project requirements or environments. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers. Manage the procurement process for industrial equipment and services. Coordination of installation, construction, and commissioning of the project. Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with technical standards and specifications. Efficient handover of installations to end users (training coordination, documentation and support). Ensure and promote compliance with the Corporate Engineering Project Management standards. REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS : Academic background : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Languages skills : High level of English (at least C1); knowledge of French andPolish is a plus. Experience and Knowledge : Specific Technical Knowledge : PMP certification or equivalent. Proficiency in PM2 Project Management methodology. Knowledge of production processes and facilities of consumer goods industry (packing and manufacturing). Advanced understanding of various industrial systems such as : storage and distribution systems for gases, liquids, and solids; generation, distribution, and transformation of electrical power; water treatment systems, industrial heating and cooling systems, steam and boilers, HVAC, compressed air, fire protection, and sewage systems. In-depth knowledge of industrial technologies, including industrial communications, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electrotechnics, instrumentation, pneumatics, electric drives, industrial safety, and robotics. Familiarity with safety and quality regulations in the consumer goods sector. Specific Tools : Expertise in project management software (e.G., MS Project). Proficiency with design and simulation tools (e.G., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) Soft skills : Leadership : Inspire and guide teams. Conflict Resolution : Mediate and resolve disputes.
