Play a key role in supervising the Execution SGS / TWM Projects Portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective resource management.

Lead the team of Project Managers to ensure project completion on time, within scope, and within budget.

Ensure consistency of realized projects with the designs received from the Design Team.

Ensure proper handover of information to the MO Team responsible for operations.

Develop and maintain a detailed projects portfolio master plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure project alignment and successful execution.

Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues during the project lifecycle.

Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and best practices.

Track and monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs, and advise on deviations with plans for recovery where necessary.

Determine critical requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Foster a collaborative, positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Recommended Profile

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, managing complex projects successfully.
  • Experience managing and developing direct reports.
  • Experience managing work groups and resources.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with water treatment technologies, including Design, Construction, Commissioning, and Start-up.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate teams, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Synthesis and pragmatic approach.
  • Agile mindset to approach multidisciplinary topics.

Context / Environment

  • The jobholder reports functionally to the Central Engineering Manager within the Sustainable Growth Organization.
  • Coordinates activities of Project Managers dedicated to executing new SGS / TWM solutions, reporting to the jobholder.
  • Ensures proper distribution of workload within the team.
  • Maintains periodic communication on project performance with external clients and internal senior management and leadership.
  • Monitors team performance, highlighting needs and risks to senior management.
  • This position is home-based in Spain.
  • Preferably familiar with water treatment process technologies such as Reverse Osmosis, Ultrafiltration, MBR, and wastewater technologies like DAF, flocculation, Biological treatment.
  • Experience with plant operation and maintenance is a plus.
  • Familiar with engineering drawings (P&ID, mass balance, general arrangement, data sheets, troubleshooting lists).
  • Periodically tracks and follows up on KPIs to ensure financial performance aligns with team goals, providing updates to senior management.
  • Proficient with project management tools like MS Projects or equivalent.
  • Aware of safety and environmental legislation in Europe and CE certification requirements.
