About the Role

As our Senior Engineering Leader, you will play a crucial role in our mission, collaborating closely with our business stakeholders, leading teams to architect and launch groundbreaking new offerings on our platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in adapting the next generation of industry-leading solutions, transforming how jewelry is bought and sold online.

What You'll Do :

• Impact & Delivery : Drive the expansion of Nivoda's category offerings on our platform and mobile app. Build a high-performing team that aligns with the company’s business objectives.
• People Management : Mentor managers / tech leads and retain talent, foster growth plans at each level of the team, and define, measure, and own key metrics for team performance and goals.
• Tech Influence : Build solutions and own the technical direction and decisions alongside the tech leads.
• Strategy and Leadership : Spearhead translating business requirements to tech solutions, strategize long-term engineering initiatives, and own staffing requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration : Build strong stakeholder relationships, influence senior leaders, and collaborate effectively across departments to drive initiatives.
• Organizational Wide Impact : Contribute to the wider Nivoda engineering culture, including developing best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines to be adhered to throughout the development lifecycle.
• Drive with Business Acumen : Leverage expertise to improve customer touchpoints and make decisions aligned with the company's vision, contributing to strategic growth.
• Innovation : Stay abreast of emerging technologies to inform decision-making and ensure the engineering teams remain competitive.
