Job Description :

As HR Intern, the holder of the position will be responsible for supporting the HR Local Team in their tasks.

Within a global team, they will be responsible for providing support to our fast-growing business in Spain.

Reporting to the HRBP in Spain, they will work with the other regional team members based in Madrid.

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and motivated individual to join the HR team

Main duties and responsibilities :

• Draft job descriptions and post positions via external job boards
• Screening resumes registered in our job offers or jobs inbox
• Conducting phone interviews in order to manage initial recruitment stages
• Support with internal employee platforms
• Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, responding to employee inquiries, track and update HR Files, etc.
