Descripción del trabajoStrong analytical and business-oriented mindset, results-focused with high goal-setting. Desire to learn, develop, and take on new challenges in a competitive and evolving industry. Loyal, determined, independent decision-maker, responsible for decisions made. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of asserting oneself when necessary. Passionate about leading and developing a top-level enterprise and driving sales growth. English proficiency of at least C1 level. Availability to work in Tartu at least 3 days per week. A challenging position in a unique high-tech enterprise where you can leave a mark. Salary : Starting at 2500 euro
Job Description
- Creating and executing a sales and marketing strategy, including budget and product pricing.
- Managing B2B sales and leading a sales team.
- Leading customer meetings and negotiations in an international context.
- Executing operative activities such as compiling sales reports and conducting analyses to support sales efforts.
