Develop and enforce the company's sales strategy, in collaboration with the business and Board members, aimed at expanding the company's activities beyond its current scope.
Lead and expand the company's sales team, in line with the agreed strategy, to surpass business expansion and profitability goals.
Implement global sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team.
Build and develop a dynamic, fast-growing, and entrepreneurial sales team.
Identify new strategic business opportunities through targeted prospecting and close new deals.
Foster and develop relationships with new companies and institutions.
Requirements :
A bachelor’s degree in business management, Business Administration, or any other related field to Life Science.
Extensive working experience in a Sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Possess interpersonal skills that will encourage openness and trust both internally and externally.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
