Job Description

Galderma seeks a qualified lawyer to serve as Head of Legal & Compliance, Distributor Markets, and EMEAC In-Line Business Franchise Lead. The role involves ensuring legal and ethical operations across regions and business areas, supporting strategic initiatives, and maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, supporting business growth and safeguarding assets and reputation.
• Develop and implement compliance training programs.
• Manage distributor relationships, including due diligence, compliance, and contracts.
• Maintain governance and compliance practices for third-party interactions.
• Lead contract negotiations for distribution agreements in EMEAC and support other regions.
• Maintain a global distributor tracker and repository.
• Provide legal and compliance support to internal stakeholders in the Therapeutic Dermatology area.
• Collaborate with medical and regulatory teams on promotional materials and advisory board content.
• Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring legal compliance.
• Advise on international congresses and events-related legal matters.
