Procurement Administrator

Location : We are flexible! Come and join us either in Athens, Lisbon, Madrid, or Barcelona.

For our Procurement team we are looking for a reliable, data driven and highly motivated Procurement Administrator (m / f / d) who is interested in improving and maintaining procurement processes into a fast paced and super international company.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE :

• Maintenance and improvement of procurement processes and tools
• Assisting procurement managers in the procurement journey : vendor sourcing, NDA collection, RFP management, Invoicing, etc.
• Communication and collaboration with cross functional teams : legal, finance, data protection, infosecurity, etc.
• Analysis of data to prepare negotiations and to help smart decision making
• Market research
