Procurement Specialist

In Planeta DeAgostini , we are looking for a Procurement Specialist for the Collectibles Division.

Goal of the position :

Plan and carry out CMC purchasing activities, interacting with suppliers to ensure a smooth purchasing process and timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities :

• Production Planning Info Collection : Manage and collect production planning information (including gifts, upselling, flowpacks) for all titles and countries, focusing on updated product demand and inventory quantities.
• Purchasing Execution and Supplier Management : Implement purchasing strategies such as order grouping and consolidating shipments from China / Bangladesh, manage order placement and tracking in SAP, and monitor delivery deadlines.
• Coordination with Stakeholders : Collaborate with CMC Procurement, Finishing and Printing, Import Export, Operations Stock, and Admin teams to ensure seamless operations and communication.

Geographical scope includes France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, and LATAM.
