We are seeking a skilled and results-driven International Sales Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, developing business opportunities, and converting them into profitable commercial success.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial automation systems, preferably in the fresh produce or food processing machinery sector. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Technology, Ag Tech, Horticulture, or related field is required. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate an affinity with technology or machine construction and possess excellent MS Office skills.
The successful candidate will be fluent in Spanish and Italian, with a professional command of English. Other European languages are an asset. They will be a natural negotiator with business acumen, possessing strong listening and communication skills, and able to provide appropriate solutions in consultation with clients and colleagues.
