Key Responsibilities :

  • Initiate cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct cold calls to qualified leads provided by the Marketing and / or Sales team.
  • Follow structured scripts to assess the needs, interest, and fit of leads.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to schedule discovery and demo calls.

Qualifications :

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in outbound sales or lead generation, ideally within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Resilience and the ability to bounce back from rejection.
  • A growth mindset.
  • A team player with a collaborative attitude.
