- Outbound Sequences : Carry out multi-channel outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, etc., following established methodologies.
- Market Research : Investigate target companies and decision-makers to understand how our solutions can benefit them.
- Crm Management : Track interactions, update data, and document communications for future reference.
- Facilitating Productive Meetings : Connect qualified prospects with sales to ensure productive meetings aligned with both parties' goals.
About Your Qualifications
B2B Sales Experience : Proven success in industries such as food, manufacturing, retail, automotive, or wholesale, with experience in SMB and Enterprise markets, emphasizing a customer-first approach.Sales Tools Proficiency : Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ChatGPT, Claude, and familiarity with Lusha, Outreach, Gong, Apollo, Seamless.ai, and FullEnrich.Sales Methodologies Understanding : Ability to balance personalization, volume, and results without exhausting leads. Experience with outbound processes and sequences.Communication Skills : Ability to engage and empathize through written and verbal communication.Data-Driven Customer Focus : Use data analytics to inform strategies that benefit the customer.Motivation and Results Orientation : Demonstrates resilience and a focus on achieving targets.Innovative Thinking : Creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box approaches, always considering customer interests.Supply Chain Knowledge : Understanding of supply chain processes is a plus.About What We Offer
