User / System Supporter Professional

Support the migration and maintenance of content from platforms like Vimeo or YouTube.

• Documentation & Training

Create and maintain user guides, how-to materials, and best practice documentation.

• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Platform Monitoring

Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance stability and usability.

Requirements

• Experience in Video Platform Support

Hands-on experience with platforms like Vimeo, YouTube, or similar video hosting tools.

• Communication Skills

Strong ability to clearly document and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a support role.
• Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
