What We Are Looking For
Currently, we're looking for a Key User specialist to solve computer and process problems. You will ensure compliance with the quality of service.
What Will You Do On a Day-to-day Basis
Your responsibilities will be :
- Specialist in solving computer and process problems.
- Responsible for first-level activities in technical assistance, assisting warehouse users with WMS issues; managing second and third-level escalations (European support) based on problem identification.
- Defining scope and requirements for WMS change requests and new functionalities. Responsible for change requests and process follow-up.
- Testing warehouse management for new developments, managing tickets for error fixes, assisting in the delivery of new warehouse management versions, and supporting the maintenance team in problem resolution.
- Managing relations with clients caused by software problems (SW), providing ticket progress updates.
What You Need to Succeed at GXO
A higher degree in IT or engineering is an asset.English level : minimum B2 or equivalent, as this position requires ongoing communication with multidisciplinary teams across Europe.Ability to work in a team and resilience to stress.Ability to analyze systems and processes, resolve problems, and focus on continuous improvement.At least 1 year of experience with warehouse management software (WMS). Experience with Reflex is an asset.SQL / Oracle programming skills.Additionally, it would be great if you have :
Strong written and verbal communication skills.A high level of data analysis and customer focus.The ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.Proven ability to build positive relationships and foster teamwork within the department and organization.The ability to interact with various levels internally and externally.Good analytical skills and high customer orientation.Flexibility and openness to a constantly changing environment.What Do We Offer You?
