We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive sales growth and operational excellence in our Carrier & Partner business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing revenue growth plans, assigning goals and objectives, and nurturing talent.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute revenue growth plans aligned with company goals
- Assign individual goals and objectives, defining performance metrics, conducting sales tracking, monitoring progress, and reporting on results
- Identify and nurture talent to enhance the business
- Build C-Level relationships with key partners
- Lead efforts to increase visibility and brand recognition throughout the channel
- Define engagement plan between us and partner sales organisation
- Develop consistent communications with technology influencers within Carrier & Partners (Product SMEs, Sales Engineering teams)
- Develop and execute partner recruitment and engagement planning
- Build new pipeline of revenue through traditional and non-traditional partnerships
- Annual marketing sponsorship reviews & coordination with our marketing team
- Development of partner recognition program / process
