As part of our mission to expand globally, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Country Manager for Spain to oversee our operations in the region.

The Country Manager will be responsible for leading market entry and expansion efforts, managing local business development, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all country-level operations for Ndax in Spain, including business development, regulatory compliance, marketing, and customer support.
• Drive Ndax's expansion strategy in Spain, including evaluation and recommendation of growth options based on market analysis.
• Support major regulatory and policy efforts, ensuring Ndax operates in full compliance with local requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, industry partners, and financial institutions.
• Represent Ndax in the country through media engagements, conferences, industry forums, and meetings with clients and regulators.
• Monitor and analyze local and European market trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure Ndax's brand and values are reflected locally.
• Collaborate with global teams to create products and user experiences tailored to local clients.
• Provide regular performance and growth reports to senior management.
