We are seeking a motivated and experienced Strategic Business Development Representative to play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence. If you have a proven track record in inside or outside sales and are passionate about building relationships and driving revenue, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities include :

  • Identifying and prospecting strategic customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media;
  • Managing a group of target accounts to create new opportunities and pipelines for Transporeon;
  • Guiding customers through the opportunity development process to engage with the Transporeon sales team;
  • Engaging with senior executives on supply chain, transportation, industry trends, challenges, and investment areas;
  • Developing provocative messaging to communicate with senior executives, encouraging action that generates results and value;
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system;
  • Representing Transporeon / Trimble at industry events and staying current on industry trends and competitors.

Ideal candidate has :

  • At least 3 years of experience in Inside / Outside Sales roles in SaaS enterprise software, preferably with logistics experience;
  • A hunter mindset with experience building relationships with strategic customers;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with active listening abilities;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of an international team;
  • Ability to interact positively with decision makers at all levels;
  • Knowledge of CRM software; experience with Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Gong is a plus;
  • Willingness to collaborate with Marketing and Sales to create opportunities;
  • Fluent English skills; additional languages are advantageous.
