What Youll Do
- Act as the first line of support for our publishers on layout and ad-related issues.
- Support the team in implementing ad tags and creative placements across publisher websites.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to ensure successful onboarding and integration.
- Help translate client issues into internal tickets and track resolution.
- Learn to work with platforms like Google Ad Manager (GAM) Prebid and other AdTech tools.
What You Bring
Basic hands-on knowledge of CSS and HTML (must-have); able to inspect or lightly modify front-end code.Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn technical tools.Fluent in English (B2) and one additional European language is required (German or Portuguese).Good communicator organized and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.Based in Madrid and available to work on-site with flexibility for 24 remote workdays per year .What We Offer
