What You’ll Do

In this role, you will spearhead the technical strategy for our Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts, ensuring our Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Partners teams have the solutions they need to maximize revenue and productivity. Key responsibilities include :

• Transform our GTM through technology, developing and implementing disruptive, AI-based solutions.
• Own and optimize Factorial’s GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and post-sales operations.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage new GTM tools (CRM, automation, analytics, etc.), removing obstacles and streamlining processes.
• Lead a diverse team of managers and individual contributors, inspiring and developing their talent to achieve ambitious goals.
• Identify and solve business challenges using technology, leveraging key indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Data Ops and Engineering, as well as commercial teams, to align tech solutions with each department’s needs.
• Report directly to our VP of Revenue Operations, playing an active role in the GTM leadership team and working cross-functionally with other department heads.
