Santander Consumer HQ is seeking a Global Head of Processes to lead process simplification and the SCF transformation journey based in our Boadilla office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As Global Head of Processes , you will develop capabilities for designing, governing, and integrating end-to-end processes with supporting platform systems, focusing on performance monitoring and continuous improvement driven by data.

Your success factors include :

• Deep knowledge of banking products and processes.
• Experience with lean / six sigma or other optimization methodologies.
• Senior-level engagement with organizational stakeholders, especially business partners.
• Outstanding leadership skills.
• Systematic governance discipline.
