We are seeking a passionate and visionary Global Head of Trade Marketing & Retailtainment to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand positioning beyond just sales by creating vibrant communities within our stores and developing innovative wholesale marketing activations that elevate our brand, captivate customers, and drive sales.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of trade marketing and retail experience.

What will you do when you’re here?

Community Building :

Develop and execute trade marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning, focusing on creating meaningful connections with customers in-store and driving foot traffic.
Design community-focused initiatives that foster engagement and loyalty, transforming our stores into destinations for brand advocates.

In-Store Activations :

Conceptualize and implement engaging in-store experiences, events, and CTAs that resonate with our target audience and reflect our brand values.

Store Openings Activations :

Plan and execute impactful marketing activations for new store openings to create buzz, attract customers, and establish a strong brand presence in the local market.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of store opening events and promotions.

Wholesale Marketing Strategy & Execution :

Create comprehensive marketing activations for wholesale partners that not only drive traffic and sales but also elevate the brand's image and narrative.

Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement :

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, leveraging insights and analytics to refine strategies and enhance community engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Work collaboratively with sales, product development, and brand marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Budget Management :

Oversee the trade marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize brand exposure and community engagement.

Relationship Management :

Build and nurture strong relationships with key wholesale partners, fostering collaboration that drives mutual success and elevates the brand experience.

Act as the primary point of contact for trade marketing initiatives within the community and wholesale channels.

Does this sound interesting? Here’s the profile we’re looking for :

Location : Madrid / Hybrid with availability for travel in our HQ (Alicante)

Experience : Proven experience (4-6 years) in trade marketing, retail, or related roles, preferably in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industry.

Key Skills :

Strong understanding of retail dynamics, consumer behavior, and community-building strategies.

Excellent analytical skills with a focus on performance measurement, ROI analysis, and continuous improvement.

Creative thinker with exceptional project management capabilities and the ability to execute multiple initiatives seamlessly.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

We are international! A proficiency level of Spanish & English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
