As a Sales Specialist at Volotea, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our network of tour operators, MICE specialists, and travel agencies, while collaborating closely with teams across the company.

How will it be to work with us?

Build B2B relationships – Develop and maintain strong ties with top clients like tour operators, MICE specialists, and travel agencies.

Manage group bookings – Oversee group requests from your portfolio and coordinate quotes and conditions with Revenue Management.

Support sales reporting – Help compile reports on client activity to support team performance and insights.

Maintain filing systems – Ensure organized, efficient record-keeping for smooth operations.

Align booking processes – Work with the sales team to ensure all group bookings follow company policy.

Boost group revenue – Assist in client communication to maximize group sales and seat utilization.

Handle sales outreach – Support marketing efforts through direct mail, telesales, and query management.

Prospect new clients – Conduct outreach to identify and attract new B2B opportunities.

What will make you succeed in this position :

• 3+ years of related sales experience – Ideally in travel or airline industry.
• Degree in Business or Tourism
• Fluent in French & English – Spanish and / or Italian are a strong plus.
• Proactive & positive attitude – Energetic, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced role.
• Organized & detail-oriented – Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and structure.
• International mindset – Experienced in multicultural environments and cross-team collaboration.
