In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients via various communication channels such as calls, emails, and chat. Responsibilities :
- Provide customer support for banking-related issues like account opening, password locks, transfers, etc.
- Manage back-office tasks, including responding to emails and messages.
- Promote banking products to meet sales objectives.
- Maintain transparency requirements, service information, and client protection regulations related to investment products.
- Report and follow up on application anomalies.
Requirements : Education :
