DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide dedicated support to a select group of partners who are developing, publishing, and expanding applications on cloud platforms as part of a strategic success program
- Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering a positive first impression and establishing a foundation for a lasting partner relationship
- Define a clear call purpose and conversation approach, ensuring consistent and repeatable execution
- Focus on specific products and offerings tailored to the target audience
- Implement a structured multi-channel outreach strategy, utilising calls, emails, and social media
- Prioritise customer satisfaction and strive to deliver an exceptional engagement experience for customers and prospects.
- Position competitive solutions and offerings in alignment with customer needs and experiences
- Gather and relay customer feedback, to inform future business decisions
REQUIREMENTS :
Native / Fluent in German (C1), both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in EnglishHave 1-2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success and / or experience in account or customer managementProficient in using office productivity tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemsExperience working with or selling cloud-based solutions or similar technologiesHold relevant certifications in cloud platforms or related technologiesBENEFITS :
