What you will do in this role

We believe in doing right by and for people—our clients, their customers, our team members, our community, and our planet. As an Engagement Manager , your responsibilities include :

• Onboarding independent software vendors (ISVs), explaining the value of our commercial marketplace, setting engagement expectations, and identifying opportunities.
• Activating technical consultations and Go-To-Market planning sessions.
• Managing ISV pipelines through proactive outreach to ensure support for meeting publication deadlines.
• Nurturing relationships via regular communication and tracking progress towards next steps.
• Troubleshooting program-related issues faced by ISVs.
• Promoting content, events, and programs to drive engagement.
• Collaborating with the ISV Technical Team to support technical activation processes.
