DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide dedicated support to a select group of partners who are developing publishing and expanding applications on cloud platforms as part of a strategic success program
• Serve as the primary point of contact delivering a positive first impression and establishing a foundation for a lasting partner relationship
• Define a clear call purpose and conversation approach ensuring consistent and repeatable
• Focus on specific products and offerings tailored to the target audience
• Implement a structured multichannel outreach strategy utilising calls emails and social media
• Prioritise customer satisfaction and strive to deliver an exceptional engagement experience for customers and prospects.
• Position competitive solutions and offerings in alignment with customer needs and experiences
• Gather and relay customer feedback to inform future business decisions
