DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide dedicated support to a select group of partners who are developing publishing and expanding applications on cloud platforms as part of a strategic success program
- Serve as the primary point of contact delivering a positive first impression and establishing a foundation for a lasting partner relationship
- Define a clear call purpose and conversation approach ensuring consistent and repeatable
- Focus on specific products and offerings tailored to the target audience
- Implement a structured multichannel outreach strategy utilising calls emails and social media
- Prioritise customer satisfaction and strive to deliver an exceptional engagement experience for customers and prospects.
- Position competitive solutions and offerings in alignment with customer needs and experiences
- Gather and relay customer feedback to inform future business decisions
REQUIREMENTS :
Native / Fluent in German both written and verbal with strong proficiency in EnglishHave 12 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of success and / or experience in account or customer managementProficient in using office productivity tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemsExperience working with or selling cloudbased solutions or similar technologiesHold relevant certifications in cloud platforms or related technologiesBENEFITS :
