Your mission

As a Senior Product Designer at Livo during this early stage, your daily tasks will include understanding and defining new initiatives, analyzing their scope, and proposing tailored design approaches informed by available data. Whether working on straightforward tasks or complex initiatives across various Livo products—such as the professionals' app or the facilities portal—you will ensure your deliverables align with the product's objectives.

You will identify missing data points necessary for informed decision-making and propose research methodologies to address these gaps. Collaborating closely with product managers and stakeholders, you will create wireframes that capture core functionality and user flows, ensuring alignment with project goals. You will refine designs into pixel-perfect deliverables, maintaining high standards of detail and consistency. Additionally, you will facilitate a collaborative handoff process with developers, ensuring clear communication of design specifications for accurate implementation.

Your profile

What We're Looking For

• Proven Experience : At least 5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in startup or high-growth environments.
• Strategic Thinking : A holistic understanding of how features connect and enhance the product, balancing short-term objectives with long-term vision.
• User-Centered Design : Expertise in human-centered design practices to craft intuitive, functional, and delightful user experiences.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong ability to analyze complex challenges, define effective solutions, and implement strategic approaches.
• Detail-Oriented Excellence : Meticulous attention to detail while committed to delivering exceptional designs and maintaining the design system.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making : Familiarity with design metrics, user behavior analysis, and research insights to inform decisions.
• Research : Ability to design, lead, and synthesize research studies, validating concepts through usability testing and methodologies.
• Collaboration & Communication : Strong storytelling and communication skills to articulate design ideas, rationale, and trade-offs to stakeholders. Confidence in leading discussions within cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability : Comfort working under ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Collaboration : Solid understanding of software and app development to enable seamless collaboration with developers and ensure well-organized handoffs.
• Feedback Culture : Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement : Proactive approach to analyzing and enhancing existing design workflows.
