Customer Service Agent : German (morning shift)

INFO : The Schedule for the morningshift position is 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm (5 days / week) with 30 minutes of break.

You will be expected to :

• Customer Service by email phone or social media for solving any incidents generated
• Managing incoming calls and chats and customer service inquiries
• Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
• Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• As the resolutions of incidents are not constant parallel work for the Department of Operations will be performed
• Work schedule : 8 : 00 am 4 : 00 pm with 30 minute break
