Are you a native-level German speaker? Do you want to work at one of the most prestigious financial companies? Then this opportunity is for you

Your Mission : Provide customer service in both German and English, both over the phone and via email, for an important financial institution.

Requirements :

Languages Required : Native German and Advanced English (minimum C1).
Experience Required : Customer service experience.
Other Requirements : Residence in Madrid or willingness to relocate.

What We Offer You :

Permanent contract with a 2-month trial period.

Full-time work of 39 hours per week.

Annual salary of €22k gross.

Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9 am and 6 pm.

Work mode : On-site.

On-site training (with contract) from Monday to Thursday, from 8 am to 8 pm.
