Then join us as an HR Coordinator for Spain and Italy based at our office in Barcelona.

Drive HR for Spain and Italy in an international organization

We are looking for a proactive and structured Human Resources Coordinator with international experience to manage all aspects of HR in Spain and Italy. You will be key in attraction, selection and management of talents as well as legal compliance across Spain and Italy, including application of labor legislation.

You will ensure that all HR processes run smoothly by supporting the business on various HR matters. It includes maintaining efficient HR operations and administration to facilitate seamless organizational functioning.

Additionally, this person will provide support to management on HR issues, including HR legal compliance and HR development initiatives.

Other core responsibilities include :

• Recruitment and selection; definition of profiles, job advertisements, coordination with HR at our HQ in, interviews and final selection.
• Elaboration and management of employment contracts, control of renewals, terminations, cancellations, etc.
• Onboarding and offboarding processes, including planning, ordering, coordination, training, etc.
• Maintaining and supporting the usage of our HR system.
• Analysis of key indicators for decision making (KPI, survey, work climate, etc.).
• Coordination of administrative processes linked to HR : payroll management, holiday management, work calendar, work regulations, social benefits, check-in and check-out, work documentation, etc.
• Dialogue with external consultants, service providers and public organizations.
• Development and implementation of internal HR policies and procedures.
• Management of other general administrative tasks related to the department (vehicle leasing, IT, etc.).

This is a full-time position based at our office in Barcelona. You will be part of a team consisting of 4 employees and refer to the HR & Administration Manager for Spain & Italy.

HR Professional with an international profile

You have been working with a broad range of HR tasks and possess a solid understanding of Spanish and Italian labor legislation.

As you will be responsible for HR matters in Spain and Italy as well as collaborate with our HQ in Denmark, you have an international profile and are fluent in both Italian, Spanish and English in both oral and written.

You hold a degree in Labor Relations, Law, Psychology, Business Administration or similar.

Further, we imagine that you :

Knowledge of ERP Navision and CRM systems is an advantage but not a requirement.
