Descripción del trabajoA Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields) Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) Minimum 7+ years of experience in contract management within the renewable energy or oil & gas sectors Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, procurement practices, and construction-related legal considerations Proven experience leading contract negotiation and administration, including claims resolution and dispute management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization High level of autonomy, analytical thinking, and decision-making ability Full Spanish Working Rights
A leading player in the renewable energy sector is seeking an experienced Senior Renewable Energy Contract Manager to join their dynamic team.
The Role of the Senior Renewable Energy Contract Manager
- Lead all contractual and commercial activities across the lifecycle of utility-scale renewable energy projects
- Oversee the preparation, review, and issuance of RFQ packages for various project components
- Manage the clarification process with bidders and ensure timely resolution of queries
- Conduct commercial evaluations and lead contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Draft, review, and execute contract documents and manage contractual modifications
- Monitor and manage the issuance and receipt of Bank Guarantees
- Provide strategic support to the Construction team on contract administration and claims management
