Spain or Portugal (Hybrid)

Join our dynamic Procurement Excellence Team as a Contract Management Specialist. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Management Specialist to help us manage and optimize our contracts in Spain, Portugal, and Latin America. Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.

Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal and maintain records.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement activities.

Provide legal advice and support on procurement-related matters.

Support the Procurement Excellence Team in other activities, such as data gathering, preparation of tenders, sustainable procurement, etc.

University graduate in a related discipline; 2 to 4 years of experience in contract management or a related field.

Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.

Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Desirable familiarity with contract management software.

Flexibility to accommodate meetings with Latin America (some early evening hours may be required).
