Join The Wireless Logic Adventure : we are seeking an energetic and focused Network Diagnostics Specialist (Level 3, Spanish Support) to be a vital part of our dynamic Service Desk.

Your Mission

Dive into the heart of our network, providing 24 / 7 expert support (in English / Spanish) and critical local assistance in Spanish to our valued customers. You’ll unravel intricate Level 3 network issues, set up cutting-edge solutions, and help us meet service expectations and SLAs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Being a Customer Champion : Providing top-tier troubleshooting and technical support via phone and email to end users, dealers, and distributors.
  • Mastering the Network Maze : Tackling complex incidents involving IPSEC, SSL / Open VPN, VLAN configurations, VRFs, Access Lists, and dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
  • Collaborating with the Mobile Networks team to pinpoint root causes of network issues.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2+ years of networking experience from a NOC, ISP, or MSP environment.
  • Fluent network knowledge; ideally CCNP Enterprise or Service Provider level certification.
  • Cisco command-line experience with Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills for diagnosing complex issues.
  • Familiarity with Monitoring Tools like PRTG.
  • Deep understanding of Ethernet, TCP / IP routing, Policy-based routing, IPsec / SSL / Open VPN, and VRFs.
  • Proven track record of resolving network problems and delivering client-focused service.
  • Professional conduct in all client interactions and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with strong problem-solving and leadership tendencies.
  • Self-starter with ownership mindset; bonus for sales support experience in complex network environments and multilingual capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a collaborative approach across departments.
