Overview
Sales Development Representative - German Speaking role at Nivoda, remote in Europe. Nivoda is scaling rapidly and needs world‑class talent to fuel growth. As an SDR in the DACH region, you will identify, nurture, and deliver high-potential leads that become long-term partnerships. This role lays the groundwork for success and directly contributes to Nivoda’s journey to 10-figure GMV.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Identify Opportunities : Identify high-potential leads through market research, inbound lead management, and outbound prospecting. You’ll engage decision-makers to understand their challenges and determine how Nivoda can help.
- Create a Memorable First Impression : You’ll be the face of Nivoda for many potential customers, creating a strong first impression through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and more.
- Qualify Leads : Through effective communication and deep listening, you’ll identify the prospects most likely to benefit from Nivoda’s offerings and nurture these leads into warm opportunities for the Business Development Managers.
- Collaborate for Success : Work closely with the BDMs to seamlessly transition qualified leads, ensuring alignment and communication that drives efficiency. You'll be an integral part of the sales team’s success.
- Data-Driven Approach : Maintain meticulous records of your outreach, engagement, and results in our CRM (Hubspot). You’ll use data and key metrics to refine your prospecting strategies and continuously improve.
- Innovate & Improve : Share feedback from potential clients to help us refine our messaging and product offerings. You'll play a role in improving our customer journey from day one.

Lead Generation : Increase the number of qualified leads to keep the sales pipeline full and growingKRs : Achieve a minimum of 20 qualified leads per month, with at least 50% converting into sales opportunities.
Prospecting Efficiency : Maximise efficiency in outbound prospecting and lead qualificationKRs : Reduce the time from initial contact to qualified lead by 20%.
Seamless Collaboration : Ensure smooth handoffs between SDRs and BDMs, maintaining a seamless customer journeyKRs : Achieve 100% success in transitioning qualified leads with clear, detailed information for the BDMs.
Basic Qualifications
Fluent in German & proficient in EnglishA passion for high-growth environments and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Some experience in a sales or prospecting role, preferably in a B2B environment.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.A collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow.Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and a data-driven approach to lead generation.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the B2B marketplace, tech industry, or luxury goods market.Experience in prospecting in the DACH regionStrong data analytics skills and experience using insights to enhance prospecting strategies.Familiarity with sales methodologies and lead qualification frameworks.Prior experience in a fast-scaling environment.What You’ll Get
