Overview

We are seeking a Partnership Manager in Europe who will play a crucial role in managing relationships with key clients and will ensure the company's products and services are effectively delivered to them.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including casinos, online gaming platforms, and other gambling-related businesses.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the company's services within existing client accounts by understanding their needs and proposing relevant solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the company's products, understanding their features, benefits, and limitations to effectively communicate them to clients.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and work with the sales team to drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to negotiate and renew contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Analyze client data and performance metrics to provide insights, trends, and recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure that clients are in compliance with applicable gaming and gambling regulations and assist them in maintaining compliance.
  • Regularly update clients on new product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Address client concerns and issues promptly, working closely with internal teams to resolve any challenges that may arise.

Qualifications

  • A strong understanding of the gaming and gambling industry in the European market, including regulations, market trends, and competitors, is essential.
  • Previous experience in account management or a related client-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements effectively, ensuring the best possible outcome for both the company and the client.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive insights from data to make informed decisions.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work under pressure.
