In this high-impact role, you’ll lead our marketing analytics efforts across acquisition, retention, and monetisation. You'll act as the bridge between raw data, data science, and strategic decision-making, guiding campaigns and portfolio-level strategies for sustained growth.
Responsibilities
- Guide marketing analytics across paid UA, retention, and monetisation initiatives.
- Spot inefficiencies, trends, and growth potential throughout the user journey.
- Partner with Product, Creative, Monetisation, and UA teams to influence strategy.
- Design and analyse experiments (creative tests, targeting changes, LTV impact, etc.).
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and execution teams.
- Collaborate with Data Science on forecasting, predictive models, and performance tracking.
- Develop scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and processes for faster decision-making.
- Help define long-term strategy by identifying new, data-driven growth levers.
- Conduct market research and analysis related to competitive landscape, market trends, and business development.
- Uncover insights and make recommendations based off of this analysis and research.
- Distil complex marketing analysis into clear, simple presentations.
- Track, analyse, and report marketing initiatives.
What You'll Bring
5+ years in marketing analytics for mobile gaming, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or senior role.Deep understanding of UA mechanics, mobile ad ecosystems, and campaign performance metrics.Expert-level SQL; experience with large-scale databases like ClickHouse is a plus.Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy) for analysis and automation.Skilled at building dashboards and visual insights using Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Metabase, or Power BI.Proficient in A / B testing, from design to interpretation.Experience translating data science outputs into usable UA insights.Excellent communication, able to influence stakeholders and tell compelling stories with data.Strategic thinker who balances granular detail with the big picture.Familiarity with attribution tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust), AdTech platforms, and UA automation.Qualifications
