Are you ready to lead logistics operations in a dynamic, international environment? We're looking for a Country Warehouse Manager to take charge of our warehouse operations and help drive excellence across the supply chain.
What you'll do
- Manage two warehouse sites in Madrid and Barcelona,each with dedicated site supervisors
- Oversee all warehouse operations : inbound, storage, order fulfilment and outbound
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing warehouse team
- Ensure both sites remain safe, well-organised and operationally efficient
- Take ownership of logistics and transport : negotiate with courier partners and monitor their performance against KPIs
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement and Group Logistics to meet customer expectations
- Analyse and improve KPIs, processes and system use (SAP)
- Contribute to our digital and continuous improvement initiatives
