2nd Chef Charter / Private 62m MY (RR- 4458)

Overview

2nd Chef position available for a Charter 62m M / Y - Rotation 3 : 1

Ideally at least 12-18 months' previous experience either as Sole or Sous / Crew chef on 50m+ yachts in addition to several years’ experience in restaurants. You will be working closely with the Head Chef and will be involved in guest food.

Location : Spain / Caribbean

Package : Salary DOE. € 90 days leave per year

Skills and Attributes Required

• Menu planning and cooking for crew, 3 meals per day.
• Diverse with international cuisines / menu planning
• Excellent time management skills
• Previous experience with food allergies and dietary restrictions
• Staying on board for security watches every 4 days on average
• Provisioning the yacht using local supermarkets, transportation provided by the ship.
• Responsible for cleaning of galley, freezers, main refrigerator and dry storage following a specific cleaning schedule
• Professional presentation
