The Growth Graduate Program is designed for top performers : graduates who shined in the top 10% of their class and who are ready for a hands-on experience in strategy, analytics, and impact. As part of Fever’s Growth Team, you will use data analysis and market insights to support the execution of business strategies across all markets, working closely with team members across different countries to learn how we grow and contribute to key projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to help develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Work on special projects related to improving key business metrics and optimizing operations.
  • Help monitor industry trends and internal performance to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work across different markets and teams, in an international setting (up to 40 countries), to establish and execute successful growth strategies.
  • Provide support in creating reports and presentations for different stakeholders.

About You

  • Recently graduated in a related field such as Engineering, Maths, Statistics or Data Analytics with business interest.
  • Passion for data analysis and business strategy.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, and basic analytical methods.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish, French, Italian, Korean or Portuguese is a plus).
