As a seasoned developer, you will be responsible for designing and building cutting-edge websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your expertise will be crucial in driving the development of enterprise-class websites that meet our high standards.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in AEM-based projects who can lead and coach teams of developers. If you have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and exceeding expectations, we want to hear from you.

Your role will involve :

  • Developing and maintaining large-scale AEM websites
  • Leading and mentoring teams of developers to achieve project goals
  • Estimating development tasks, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them
  • Conducting regular code reviews and sharing best practices to improve overall team performance
  • Defining release strategies, including branching, Continuous Integration, and development workflows

We require individuals with exceptional communication skills, ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, and a deep understanding of AEM's underlying technology stack.

Key qualifications include :

  • 5+ years of experience working in international organizations
  • Extensive experience in AEM-based projects
  • Strong knowledge of Java and web technologies
  • Familiarity with AEM on-premise and as Cloud Service
  • Experience developing RESTful Web Services
  • Knowledge of web security principles
  • Strong capacity to identify requirements and define technical solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
