Country Manager, Iberia

Position Overview

You will lead and grow our Spanish and Portuguese business. This senior leadership role carries full P&L responsibility and is central to ZURU’s ambition of scaling our presence across Southern Europe. You will work hand-in-hand with top retailers, oversee commercial execution, and ensure the Iberian business is tightly connected to ZURU’s wider European strategy.

• Lead ZURU’s Iberian business with responsibility for sales, commercial planning, and P&L delivery.
• Deepen retailer partnerships and build strong joint business plans with leading players in Spain and Portugal.
• Expand market presence by unlocking new listings, channels, and opportunities for our growing portfolio.
• Translate global brand plans into local wins, ensuring execution is best-in-class both online and in-store.
• Act as ZURU’s senior representative in-market, ideally Madrid-based, embedded with your team and close to retail partners.
