What you will do in this role

As an Account Manager on our team you will :

Be the first contact point for many customers deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long term customer relationship

Quarterback sales from lead to purchase; be the main point of contact for Microsofts customers leading the sales strategy overcoming objections and negotiating success

Engage with small and medium businesses across industries to fulfill their needs with cloud technologies

Secure customer wins for Microsoft Cloud : Maximize upsell and crosssell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers

Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline

Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business : Voice of customer

Your qualifications

This job is a great match if you :

Are bilingual or proficient in German plus fluent in English Have 23 years sales experience with a proven track record of success is required . Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required . Minimum 1 year sales account management or customer management experience required

Have a high school diploma

Are familiar with modern sales techniques and tools including experience from retail sales corporate internships or entrepreneurial programs

Have experience working with or selling Azure Office 365 Dynamics 365 or similar solutions

A selfstarter with a track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals

Can work independently drives own personal performance takes ownership of training and skill enhancement seek continuous quality improvement.

Have strong interpersonal skills excellent oral written and verbal business communications skills

Have general knowledge of the IT industry Have passion for cloud technologies and changing the world

It would be a plus if you :

Have experience working with or selling MS Azure Office 365 Dynamics 365 or similar solutions Have Microsoft Fundamentals certification on MS Azure Modern Workplace and / or BizApps

A competitive salary package 25250 euros gross / annual 4000 euros in bonus medical insurance

Permanent contract

Shift : Monday Friday 9 : 00AM 05 : 30PM

Relocation support

  • Fulltime Spanish contract we also help you with what you need to start working and living in Spain Full paid training for the company and the products you will be working on A modern centrally placed office in Benalmadena right next to the beach area

Relocation

Flight expenses reimbursement up to 500

Assistance in finding accommodation.
