Key Responsibilities

  • Configure SAP BRIM solutions, ensuring alignment with client business needs.
  • Identify root causes of issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Document and maintain SAP BRIM configurations and knowledge base.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, finance, and IT personnel.
  • Identify and propose processes for RPA implementation.
  • Participate in global team knowledge sharing and training sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in English.
  • Deep expertise in SAP BRIM, particularly in Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and Contract Accounts Receivable / Payable.
  • Strong skills in SAP BRIM-FICO and SD integration.
  • Experience troubleshooting SAP BRIM technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Application Maintenance processes, ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA
  • Experience with SAP integration tools (SAP PO / PI) and API integrations
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in a multi-cultural team environment.
